Once again, holly jolly Santa has arrived in town for the holiday season to spread joy and grant the wishes of families who come to shop! But this is not your typical mall Santa.
As people happen upon Santa and explain their wishes, magic and chaos ensue. Although he has good intentions, they might not always appear that way to his inquisitors.

Alex has despised Christmas for as long as anyone can remember. Alex is a typical Grinch, gloomy and pessimistic, but little do people know that past hurt haunts Alex to this day.

Joy, on the other hand, has a bright spirit and adores the holiday season. When everything seems like it’s falling apart, people can count on Joy to bring love and positivity.

When the two bump into each other at the mall, Alex and Joy realize that things aren’t as black and white as they seem.

Parker and Erin have been the best of friends since middle school. They have seen each other through the best and worst of times. When Erin begins developing feelings for Parker, they agree to put some distance between them. Why complicate their friendship? But the holiday season is coming, and they can’t help but miss each other and the traditions they shared. Parker and Erin bump into each other while buying gifts, subconsciously thinking about the other. Could Christmas bring these friends back together?

Chris and Angel have just gotten engaged. They plan to make the announcement at a big family Christmas party, but they’re having disagreements over the slightest details. River got dumped recently by a long-term partner and doesn’t know what to do. The two of them made plans to spend Christmas together, and now that that’s gone, River isn’t looking forward to the holiday season. On a journey of self-discovery after being part of a unit, River finds that love isn’t simply romantic. Love comes from friends, family, and most importantly: yourself.

Jessie has been in a long-distance relationship with Sommer for years now, successful through love letters and video chat. They have been looking forward all year long to their reunion, but as work gets demanding, Sommer isn’t sure that they can get there in time for the holidays. Devastated, Jessie makes a wish to the mall Santa in hopes that a miracle could happen. Will Sommer make it home in time to spend Christmas with Jessie?
